The IMAX in Louisville at the Cinema De Lux is a ripoff. The screen isn’t much bigger than a regular movie screen. There are digital artifacts that show up randomly in the middle of the screen every five or ten seconds…then they go away for a few minutes. It’s very distracting. Don’t waste your money.
Fortunately, they run a $6 special every Tuesday, so I didn’t pay any more than I would have paid to watch it on a regular screen. I did buy a slice of overpriced pizza and a drink, but it was good pizza.
